Seahawks fans, thanks for joining Bill Alvstad and Keith Myers for the latest edition of the Hawks Playbook Podcast. This week, the Seahawks lost to the 4-win Cardinals at home. But more than that was lost to the team. Seattle will go forward without it’s star running back, Chris Carson and key backup CJ Prosise for the remainder of the season and playoffs. Seattle was already dealing with numerous other key injuries and suspensions that have had, and will continue to have a great impact going forward finishing out the regular season and into the playoffs.
As we look ahead, the Seahawks face what is the biggest game of the season as they host the San Fransisco 49ers at Century Link Field for a prime time Sunday night game that will determine who wins the NFC West Division….and maybe more than that. Seedings and home field advantage are still on the line as well. Seattle will look to rebound, and heal up this week to be competitive against the 49er team that is looking to go far into a playoff run this season.
