Welcome back to another edition of the Hawks Playbook Podcast. In this week’s show, Bill and Keith review week 2 of the preseason and the game vs the Minnesota Vikings. We take a current look at the winners and losers to come out of the game and the week’s worth of practices. We take a lengthy look at all of the current injured players and how that may impact the team evaluations and the final roster cut down to the 53 man roster.
The last segment of the show we focus on the 3rd preseason game vs the Los Angeles Chargers in LA. While the game is technically meaningless, this is the most valueble game of the preseason for evaluating the roster. Starting units usually get an entire half of football to play and that time may include additional snaps into the 3rd quarter.
