Seahawks Playbook Podcast Episode 172: Covid-19 and the Impact on the 2020 NFL Season
Seahawks Playbook Podcast Episode 172

As always, thank you so much for joining Bill Alvstad and Keith Myers on the Seahawks Playbook Podcast. This is your only every week of the year Seahawks podcast. You can rely on us to be here each and every week of the year to provide current Seahawks news, Free Agency and Draft player analysis and game previews and breakdowns.

This week is a very difficult topic, but Keith and Bill felt it was the right time to begin the discussion of the Covid-19 Corona virus and it’s impact on the upcoming 2020 NFL Season, and specifically, your Seattle Seahawks. We drew inspiration for the show from John Farley’s article on Field Gulls last week titled: “Why the Season Doesn’t Happen“. John methodically goes through possible disruptive issues the league could encounter as it progresses through the remainder of the off-season and transitions into the regular season games. Keith and Bill take on each point and discuss the issues to the best of our abilities.

Of course, as with any of our discussions, this is not meant to cover all the topic points of the larger issue. It is also not intended to provide all the answers. Rather, it is intended to open up the discussion and to prompt debate and ultimately allow for additional opinions and ideas to create the larger narrative. Keith and Bill will continue to monitor this issue as it pertains to the NFL and the Seahawks so that we can continue to bring you the relevant ideas and league news.

Go Hawks!!
